The platform combines secure desktop, phone, tablet and browser access; an encrypted knowledge database; automatic transcription; document search; a private offline reasoning engine; permissions; version history; and encrypted backups.
- Deny by default: before authentication and authorization succeed, the browser or app receives only what is required to display the login experience.
- Protected modules, Vault data, filenames, search indexes and transcript metadata remain on the secure server until access is confirmed.
